I need to drink water while work out, otherwise i could get dehydrated, drinking lots of water is always good, it helps to take out the toxin out of your body.. i have also got benefit for my skin through drinking lots of water.... :b43:

In summer I drink 5-6 litres per day, the cooler months I wolud halve that.
